This matter comes before me on the motion of defendant First Databank, Inc. ("FDB"), to dismiss for improper venue. Plaintiff Schering Corporation ("Schering") opposes the motion. The motion was referred to me by Judge Sheridan, I have considered the papers submitted in support of and in opposition to the motion. There was no oral argument. Rule 78.
