Appellant was convicted of first-degree burglary and gross misdemeanor domestic assault for entering a home in which he was a co-owner to assault the other co-owner, with whom he had formerly cohabited. Appellant claims that he could not be charged with burglary because he was in lawful possession of the home at the time of the offense.
