[¶ 1.] Thomas VanSteenwyk (VanSteenwyk) sought workers' compensation benefits for an injury he received while working for Baumgartner Trees and Landscaping. VanSteenwyk, an admitted regular marijuana user, had smoked marijuana the evening before the day of his workplace injury.
