Matrix Financial Services, Inc. d/b/a Matrix Capital Bank ("Matrix") appeals from an order of the trial court (i) denying its motion to enforce a settlement agreement between it and Willie Grady Dean and (ii) extending a temporary restraining order ("TRO"), which bars it from proceeding with a dispossessory action against Dean.
