This is a dispute arising from a divorce filed in the Superior Court of Jones County on March 21, 2003, by Celeste Adkins-Chatfield ("wife") against Terry Chatfield ("husband"). The parties were married on March 21, 1998, and have three minor children. The case was tried before a jury August 4-5, 2005. Prior to trial, several motions for contempt were heard. The issues raised in this appeal arise out of an order of contempt entered on August 16, 2005...
