This disciplinary matter is before the Court on the Petition for Voluntary Discipline of Respondent Murl E. Geary in which he admits to violations of Rules 1.4 and 5.3(d)(2) of Rule 4-102(d) of the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct and seeks the imposition of a one-year suspension.
