This is an appeal from the denial, for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, of motions to enforce a settlement agreement. We hold that because the district court did not dismiss the underlying complaint in accordance with FED. R. CIV. P. 58(a), the district court retained jurisdiction over the motions to enforce the settlement agreement. Accordingly...
