In this workers' compensation action, an administrative law judge ("ALJ") for the State Board of Workers' Compensation denied Kimberly Patterson's claim for benefits after finding that Patterson did not show by a preponderance of the evidence that she sustained an injury arising out of and in the course of her employment.
