I. Introduction

Plaintiff Gary Warnick (Warnick) brought this negligence and product liability action against Defendants NMC-Wollard, Inc. (NMC) and Hobart Brothers Company (Hobart) after he permanently injured his right thumb while working as a baggage handler at Greater Pittsburgh International Airport.
