OPINION

MANNHEIMER, Judge.

Ben Latham is an indigent defendant who was convicted and sentenced to jail for violating two Anchorage municipal ordinances. Latham filed an appeal to the superior court, but the superior court affirmed his convictions. Latham has now filed a petition for hearing, asking this Court to review the superior court's decision.
