[¶ 1] Over ten years before Inocencio Ramos sustained facial bone fractures in a work-related accident on August 26, 2003, as an employee of Knighten Well Service, he had periodontal disease and had been advised by a dentist to have his teeth extracted and replaced with dentures, but he had decided not to do so. Following his work-related injury, he was evaluated by another dentist for chronic jaw pain and had his teeth extracted and replaced...
