Brandon Pickle sued M. Francis Stubbs ("Stubbs") and Stubbs & Associates Legal Services, P.C. ("SALS") for legal malpractice and other claims. The trial court subsequently entered default judgment against SALS, and we granted SALS's request for interlocutory appeal to challenge that ruling.
