BERNES, Judge.
A DeKalb County jury convicted Alfred Moore of arson in the first degree and criminal trespass. The trial court denied Moore's motion for a new trial and subsequently granted him permission to file an out-of-time appeal. This appeal followed in which Moore contends that his trial counsel was ineffective for failing to object to certain hearsay testimony elicited by the prosecutor during redirect examination.
