In this suit for breach of contract of an oral agreement for the sale of a horse, Joel B. Rowland d/b/a J & B Farms ("Rowland") appeals from the trial court's grant of summary judgment to Scarborough Farms, LLC ("Scarborough"), arguing that issues of fact remain as to whether payment was timely and whether Scarborough was entitled to cancel the contract. For the reasons set forth below, we reverse.
