Appellant Pamela Kaye Terry was convicted of capital murder in the death of her estranged husband James "Michael" Terry. She was also convicted of robbery and theft of property. Pamela was sentenced to life without parole for the capital-murder conviction, thirty years' imprisonment for the robbery conviction, and twenty years' imprisonment for the theft-of-property conviction.
