On December 23, 2006, Plaintiff Fernando Roman Concepcion died. As a result of his death, on February 1, 2007, plaintiffs Carmen Morel and Jose Roman (plaintiffs) filed a Motion for Substitution pursuant to Rule 25(a)(1) requesting to be substituted as proper parties for the causes of actions claimed by Fernando Roman for his own pain and suffering.
