Under an indictment issued on March 24, 2005, Quinton Darone Davis, Charles Thomas Outlaw, Jr., and Jessie Lee Galli were charged with two counts of armed robbery and one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony; Davis was also charged with one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
