ROSS, Judge.

Daniel Wichmann challenges an unemployment law judge's (ULJ) decision that he was discharged for employment misconduct and is disqualified from receiving unemployment benefits. Wichmann argues that the ULJ failed to conduct a fair evidentiary hearing, applied the wrong notice standard when evaluating illness-related absences, and failed to make statutorily required findings on credibility.
