Plaintiff Michael Bowling ("Bowling") has filed this patent infringement action against Hasbro, Inc. ("Hasbro") for allegedly infringing Bowling's United States Patent Number 5,938,197 (the "'197 patent"). The '197 patent, entitled "RANDOM NUMBER GENERATOR FOR GAME PLAYING," describes several polyhedral dice, one of which, the six-sided die (known in the gaming world as a "D-6"), is the subject of this dispute...
