In this appeal, we decide whether two parcels of real property separated by a 50-foot-wide, public street are "adjacent" and therefore constitute one zoning lot for purposes of determining maximum allowable lot coverage. We conclude that, in the context of the zoning ordinances at issue, the two properties are not "adjacent." We will therefore affirm the judgment of the circuit court upholding the decision of a board of zoning...
