MEMORANDUM OPINION

SULLIVAN, District Judge.

Plaintiffs, seven current and former members of the police force at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing ("BEP"), bring individual actions under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("ADEA"), 29 U.S.C. §§ 631 et seq., and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ("Title VII"), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2 et seq., against the Secretary of the Department of Treasury.
