Plaintiff brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) seeking judicial review of a final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security denying his application for disability benefits. Plaintiff has moved for an order reversing the decision of the Commissioner, and defendant has moved for an order affirming the decision.
