This wrongful death case arises out of a fatal automobile crash that was preceded by underage drinking. In the early morning of July 28, 1996, the plaintiffs' son, Peter Afarian (Afarian), was killed when the automobile in which he was a passenger veered off the road and struck a utility pole.
