This matter is before the Court on the Court's own motion to consider subject matter jurisdiction. On August 16, 2007 Defendant Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield of New Jersey ("Horizon") filed a Notice of Removal from New Jersey Superior Court, Bergen County pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1441.
