This is an appeal of a criminal conviction for drug-related offenses and the resulting sentence. Defendant-appellant Bounket Thongsophaporn contends that the district court erroneously denied his motion to suppress certain statements that he contends were improperly taken after he asserted his post-arrest right to remain silent. He also contends that the district court erroneously applied a two-level enhancement under the sentencing guidelines...
