Defendant was convicted of second-degree kidnapping, ORS 163.225, first-degree sexual abuse, ORS 163.427, and fourth-degree assault, ORS 163.160, after a jury trial.1 The trial court imposed concurrent sentences on the convictions, for a total term of 75 months.
