George Shumway was charged with three counts of lewd conduct with a minor under sixteen. Pursuant to a plea agreement, he pled guilty to one count of lewd conduct and the other charges were dismissed. The district court imposed a unified thirty-year sentence with a twelve-year determinate term. Shumway filed a motion under Idaho Criminal Rule 35 for reduction of the sentence, which the district court denied. He now appeals the order denying his Rule...
