In this dissolution of marriage proceeding under ORS chapter 107, husband appeals the trial court's judgment that provided for an unequal distribution of marital property to husband and wife. On appeal, husband argues that the property division was not "just and proper" under the circumstances and that the trial court should have awarded husband and wife an equal share of the marital assets.
