In this lawyer disciplinary proceeding, the Oregon State Bar alleged that the accused violated former Oregon Code of Professional Responsibility Disciplinary Rule (DR) 6-101(B) ("A lawyer shall not neglect a legal matter entrusted to the lawyer.").1 The accused concedes that he had violated that rule.
