Mercury Insurance Company of Florida appeals an adverse judgment entered against it on Victor A. Moreta's claim for uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM) benefits. Mercury raises three issues concerning the trial court's denial of its motion for new trial. All of the issues raised by Mercury are without merit, and we affirm the judgment. However, we write to address Mercury's point concerning the repeated and extensive remarks made by Mr. Moreta's counsel...
