Anthony Robinson appeals the summary judgment entered by the Jefferson Circuit Court in favor of his former employer, Alabama Central Credit Union ("ACCU"), on his age-discrimination claim brought pursuant to the Alabama Age Discrimination and Employment Act, § 25-1-20 et seq., Ala.Code 1975 ("the AADEA").
