DUGGAN, J.

The defendant, Amica Mutual Insurance Company (Amica), appeals an order of the Superior Court (Abramson, J.), granting summary judgment to the plaintiff, John Miller, Sr., as administrator of the estate of John G. Miller, Jr. The court ruled that Amica was required to provide uninsured motorist coverage under a policy issued to the decedent. We affirm.
