The case sub judice presents this Court with the task of determining whether, once a circuit court sitting as a criminal court transfers jurisdiction of a case to the juvenile court for disposition, the juvenile court in turn possesses the power to return the case to the criminal court.1 Because we hold that the juvenile court does not possess such power, we shall vacate the sentence imposed by the criminal court and...
