[¶ 1] Diann and Michael Sanborn, owners of land abutting a lot owned by Brent Anderson, appeal from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Warren, J.), determining that the Town of Sebago's Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) lacked jurisdiction to hear the Sanborns' appeal.1 The ZBA affirmed the grant of a building permit to Anderson.
