This case is a civil forfeiture action under 21 U.S.C. § 881. The subject property, 802 N. Main Street in Yuma, Colorado, is alleged to have been used in the sales and distribution of methamphetamines. Daniel Lehman ("Lehman"), claimant to the property, has filed a motion to suppress (Docket # 21).
