In this action, plaintiff Laura Schmidt asserted a claim against her former employer, defendant Medicalodges, Inc., for hostile work environment sexual harassment in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2(a)(1). A jury found that plaintiff was subjected to sexual harassment by her supervisor, Shawn Garbin, but that defendant was not liable for that harassment...
