Markist A. Bulger appeals from the circuit court's summary denial of his Rule 32, Ala. R.Crim. P., petition for postconviction relief. The petition challenged his March 15, 2006, guilty-plea conviction for felony murder and his sentence to 30 years' imprisonment. Bulger filed a notice of appeal on May 1, 2006.
