Plaintiff SafeTCare Manufacturing, Inc. ("SafeTCare") brought this patent infringement action in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, alleging that the defendants infringed SafeTCare's U.S. Patent No. 6,357,065 (the "'065 Patent"). The '065 Patent discloses a variable width bariatric modular bed that is particularly suitable for use by obese patients. SafeTCare appeals the district court's summary judgment decision...
