MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

LUNGSTRUM, District Judge.

The superceding indictment in this case (doc. 2) charges defendant Jason McKinney with five counts related to Mr. McKinney's alleged possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm. This matter is before the court on his motion and amended motion to suppress evidence (does. 25 and 27). For the reasons set forth below, the motions are denied
