In this medical malpractice action, Respondents, James N. Clarke and his wife, Joan Dietrich-Clarke (the "Clarkes"), sued Petitioners, Alejandro Rodriguez, M.D., Sharin F. Engineer, M.D., Central Maryland Urology Associates, P.A., and Howard County General Hospital,1 in the Circuit Court for Howard County.
