¶ 1 CANE, C.J.

John Kosir appeals a judgment establishing Paul Spencer's right to an easement across Kosir's property. Kosir argues the circuit court erred by finding the easement had not been abandoned and that the court erred in its determination of the location and width of the easement. We disagree with Kosir and affirm the judgment.
