This lawsuit involves claims by plaintiff Lohmann & Rauscher, Inc. ("LRUS")1 against defendant YKK (U.S.A.) Inc. ("YKK").2 LRUS alleges damages for breach of contract, breach of express warranty, and breach of the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose in connection with "hook and loop" straps
