Presently before the Court is a Motion for Summary Judgment filed pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56 ("Rule 56") by Plaintiffs Seana Takkallapalli ("Ms. Takkallapalli") and her husband Dr. Srinu Takkallapalli ("Dr. Takkallapalli") (collectively the "Takkallapallis").
