This cause is before the Court upon Defendant Michael Morgan's Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs First Amended Complaint, Dissolve Lis Pendens and Award Attorney's Fees [DE 1] and Defendant Michael Morgan's Request for Expedited Hearing to Discharge Lis Pendens [DE 9].
