On May 11, 2005, the Defendant, Morris K. Likens pled guilty before Magistrate Judge Thomas J. Shields to being a felon and drug user in possession of a firearm and a felon in possession of ammunition, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1) and (3).
