OPINION AND ORDER

This matter is before the Court for consideration of Plaintiff's Motion for Extension of Temporary Restraining Order (Doe. # 6) and Defendants' memorandum in opposition (Doc. # 8), as well as Plaintiff's oral motion to remand. For the reasons that follow, this Court finds the motion to remand not well taken and the motion to extend the temporary restraining order well taken.
