("HRH") sued its former employee, Hugh Holley, for breach of his employment contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, interference with HRH's business relations with its customers, breach of duty of loyalty and fiduciary duty, and unjust enrichment. Holley moved for summary judgment on all theories of recovery in the complaint. HRH moved for summary judgment on the breach of contract...
