Before the Court are the Motions by Defendants United States Soccer Federation (hereinafter, the "USSF") and Major League Soccer (hereinafter, "MLS") to Stay or Dismiss the claims against them pursuant the Federal Arbitration Act (the "FAA"), 9 U.S.C. §§ 1 et seq.
