A Cobb County jury convicted Mortez Millender of robbery1 and aggravated assault. Millender appeals from the trial court's denial of his motion for new trial, contending that the evidence was insufficient to sustain his convictions and that the trial court erred in charging the jury on robbery by sudden snatching. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
