Defendants Radcliffe et al. have filed a Motion to Bar Opinions of Corey Weinstein, M.D., Pertaining to Cause of Death (We 121). The other defendants have joined in the motion. (d/e 123). After careful consideration of the parties' submislions, and for the reasons detailed below, the Court concludes that the motion should be granted.
